Payment Options:
We accept payments via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card for your convenience. Airport service is a fixed rate by cash, Venmo or credit card. All other services are priced by the mile or by the hourly rate.
Minimums apply to non-cash payment options: Venmo/Zelle: +$5, Credit Card: +$10
Additional Charges & Fees
Additional stops: $10 per extra pick-up or drop-off
Reservations canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Group Transportation & Special Event Rates:
Multi-vehicle rentals for groups of 7+ passengers – $75/hour per vehicle
Short distance transportation (20 miles or less) – $75 minimum
Flight Delay Policy
We monitor all incoming flights and make every reasonable effort to accommodate delays.
- Delays up to 2 hours are typically accommodated at no additional charge.
- Delays exceeding 2 hours are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
- Delays exceeding 3 hours may result in cancellation if accommodations cannot reasonably be made.
- Customers should notify us as soon as possible regarding significant flight delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.
Derrick’s Transportation reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel service based on availability.
