Very dependable and accommodating. We had to be picked up at 3:30 a.m. Derrick was great with texting to reassure us he would get us to the airport. He was on time. It was nice to have door -to-door service on a dark, cold morning.

Wow! We used Derrick’s Transportation Services for events for my son’s wedding. Derrick drove us to and from our Send off reception. He also woke up bright and early 4 hours later to take us to the airport. Chris picked us up once we returned. They both were prompt, kind, had warm vehicles, and were fun. Great service! Went to a Wild game with children didn't want to worry about parking or walking far as it was an evening game. Our driver, Chris, picked us up from our hotel, dropped us off right at the doors and picked us up in the same spot shortly after the game had ended. They provided a booster seat for one child and allowed us to bring our own and install it for our youngest. We were also able to leave that car seat with the driver during the game. That was honestly the selling point for me. No up front fees, allowed cash payment and was very much worth the incredibly affordable rate. We will definitely be using Derrick's transportation service again when we are in the area. Not having to deal with the traffic, figuring out where to park and how to get back out of the busy area with kids saved my sanity for the evening and allowed us to have a fun stress free time with family.
