Was a great service. Easy to arrange on-line using an easy and well designed website. Received a bid so cost was established beforehand, also convenient, No surprises. Communication was clear. Transportation service was great. Had a very very early flight at MSP with a family of 5. Derrick was great! Professional and on time. Communication was great and professional. Car ride was smooth and he took car in driving my family (Speed limit, turn signals etc). Even offered the wife a bottle of water. Then reminded us to not take it through security before we got out of the vehicle. Wife still took through security and got stopped by TSA (HA!).
Returning home was super easy too. He watched our flight to make sure it was on time and was at the airport waiting to pick us up.
